a hotel with a Kids friendly concept that is not friendly to the father 😆 so it is really smoke-free, vaping is also not allowed even outdoors.. only a special area is provided.. the best service is terrible... got welcome drinks... according to the request for a birthday, got a slice of cake and writing on the glass like that.. the breakfast variants are also delicious and quite complete.. recommended for a staycation with family without smoking and vaping 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The first time we stayed here, the staff were friendly and didn't know the location before being asked, we asked first what our needs were. the food is all delicious too. All locations are clean. The swimming pool is also nice. Will be your favorite place to stay in Tawangmangu 😍😍😍😍

Nava Hotel Tawangmangu - a perfect hotel for couple and/or family and corporate/government vacation, meeting, and/or gathering. Found this hotel through booking.com and decided to stay at this hotel for three days and two nights on our way back to Surabaya. Good service, foods and drinks. Buffet dinner was served on daily basis. Tempe mendoan was our favorite snack. Unfriendly hotel for a heavy smoker, which is great! Smoking is prohibited in this hotel due to local government's policy. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel with a unique view and location.

one the best hotel in tawangmangu. we will get what we pay. clean and comfort room with nice view. the facilities are great. swimming pool is very nice with the great view. most memorable for me is the view from the restaurant. it was amazing

Nava hotel is great! Good service, location and very clean. The size of my room with access to the pool is sufficient and it has good views. Foods taste great and sufficient variations. They helped celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday which is great! I would stay in this hotel again.

Room:- the room is nice, not too narrow-The mattress is soft, nice and clean-The slime is really warm and delicious- the pillow is delicious-The AC is cold-For the TV, there are various TV channels, including local and inter, but the inter channels are all from the past- for clothes hangers, maybe less if used by more than 2 people-There is a refrigerator and safe if anyone needs it- the view of the room is quite beautiful, it is recommended that if you want to book, look for one with a swimming pool view because on the other side you can only see the view and the parking lot-There are several things about the bathroom that I don't like, one of which is that there is no shower door because space is limited so the shower area and B*B are all wet- For equipment in the bathroom, you will get shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, shower cap, ear cleaner, 2 small and one large towels for towels. There is hot and cold water availableService:-For the service, everyone is friendly-For dinner the food is delicious- for breakfast it is very complete, there are foods heavy on rice, etc., there is chicken porridge, there are many kinds of bread, there is fried rice, omelette, Soto Padang, there are waffles, pancakes, the full breakfast contains sausages, potatoes, vegetables, and for children there is cereal , nuggets, mini burgers, sandwiches.-for activities there is a playground for children, there is mini golf, there is carrom, there is a swimming pool, there is a pushbike, there is a bonefire and you can see fish-The swimming pool is very nice, not too deep, only 1.5 for adults and for children there is also a short one and balls, floats, etc. are provided. And the view is quite beautiful-free wifi for really fast wifiLocation:-The location is very easy to access-The parking area is very large, there are 2 places for buses and private cars. It was a perfect staycation. Everything from staff friendliness, facility, view, general cleanliness, impressed me so much I almost did not believe the price. The hotel is located in a cliff, so the lobby is at the top floor. The view is just beautiful.

It was a perfect staycation. Everything from staff friendliness, facility, view, general cleanliness, impressed me so much I almost did not believe the price. The hotel is located in a cliff, so the lobby is at the top floor. The view is just beautiful. They have welcome drinks and cakes, and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. They even have a place to sit with some cute rabbits outdoor. (and some other animals) Much of the details can be found in the photos, but I just need to stress the fact that the front office staff are great.If you prefer to sleep early, you may want to consider rooms on the other-side of the restaurant though as you can hear the music at night in the rooms just below the restaurant. If you don't want to meet a lot of other guests, you may want to check with them on the approximate dates of low season.

The room is spacious enough, but the mattress isn't comfortable. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and the tile floor in the shower was slippery and dirty. clean, fresh air.The western breakfast selection is poor and tastes below average; there are too many heavy Indonesian dishes. Some staff need more training and to smile more. One girl, a trainee, was so rude. She kept on pulling our plates; she had no patience and rudely cleaned our table while we were still eating!Overall, the ambiance is nice with poor selection of food and so so service.
